I made this decision for two reasons: 1. I needed a regular place to write about these things, and 2. I recently started a new online Jewish publication called The New Vilna Review, that covers a wide range of topics relating to Israel and the Jewish world. The New Vilna Review publishes work by a wide variety of scholars, authors, poets and journalists and I’m very excited to watch that project grow.

Visitors to “My View” can now expect to find book and film reviews, as well as my thoughts on cultural and artistic happenings in the Boston area, and perhaps occasionally a few insights into the progress of the New Vilna Review.
